Invitations Section

The Invitations section shows all current invitations for your organization. Here you can manage pending invitations and take actions on them.

Invitation Information

Each invitation in the list includes:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Role
  • Email
  • Status
  • Actions

Managing Invitations

You can perform three main actions on each invitation:

  1. Edit: Change the invited user's role.
  2. Resend: Send a new invitation to the user's email address.
  3. Delete: Remove the invitation.

To perform these actions:

  1. Find the invitation you want to manage.
  2. Click the Actions button (three dots) next to the invitation.
  3. Choose the action you want to take.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the action.

Best Practices

  • Review pending invitations regularly to keep them up-to-date.
  • Resend invitations if the original email was missed or the invitation expired.
  • Remove unnecessary invitations to keep your list organized.
