Uploading SQP Reports to Flowin.AI

After downloading your Search Query Performance (SQP) Reports from Amazon Seller Central, the next step is to upload them to Flowin.AI. This guide will walk you through the process of uploading and processing your SQP Reports within the Flowin.AI platform.

Preparing for Upload​

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  1. Downloaded the SQP Reports from Amazon Seller Central (as explained in the previous section).
  2. The CSV files of your ASIN reports ready on your computer.
  3. Logged into your Flowin.AI account.

Steps to Bulk Upload SQP Reports​

Follow these steps to upload your SQP Reports to Flowin.AI:

  1. Navigate to the Upload Reports Section: In the Flowin.AI sidebar, locate and click on the Upload Reports in the left-side menu.
  2. Choose Upload Method: You have two options for uploading your reports: Drag and Drop / "Upload a File" button to upload the CSV file(s) from your computer.
  3. Multiple File Upload: You can upload multiple reports at once.
  • Drag and drop multiple files or select multiple files when using the manual upload option.
  • The files will appear in the "To Upload" section with their status.
  1. Initiate Upload: Once you've added all the files you want to upload, click the Start button to begin the upload process. You'll see a progress bar for each file, updating from 0% to 100% as the upload proceeds.
  2. Monitor Upload Status:After the upload is complete, the system will begin processing the reports. You can monitor the status of your uploads in real-time using the "Upload Status" tab. Possible statuses include: Pending, In Progress, Completed, or Failed.

Managing Uploaded Reports​

  • To view all your uploaded reports and their statuses, click on the Reports Status button.
  • This will show you an overview of all your uploads, including those from previous sessions.

Steps to Upload SQP Reports from Edit Listing Screen:​

Follow these steps to upload your SQP Reports to Flowin.AI from the "Edit Listing" screen:

  1. Navigate to the Edit Listing screen
  2. If SQP report was not loaded for the item, Press the "Upload SQP File" button
  3. Select your file on your computer and press open
  4. Wait to the confirmation notification that the file was succuessfully uploaded
  5. Once the upload is confirmed, wait for completion of processing and refresh the page - The SQP keywords will be in the list.

Best Practices for Uploading SQP Reports​

  1. Regular Uploads: Upload new reports consistently monthly to ensure your keyword data is current.

  2. Bulk Uploads: If you have multiple reports, consider uploading them in bulk to save time.

  3. Check for Errors: Always verify that your uploads complete successfully. If you encounter any errors, try re-uploading the file.
