Managing Seller Accounts

Once you've integrated your Amazon seller account with Flowin.AI, you can manage various aspects of your account from the Seller Accounts page. This guide will walk you through the key features and functionalities available for managing your seller accounts.

Seller Accounts Page Overview​

The Seller Accounts page is divided into several tabs, each offering different management options:

1. Details Tab​

  • Seller Account Name: View and edit the display name of your account.
  • Marketplace: See which marketplace your seller account is operating in (e.g., US, UK).
  • Seller Account ID: View the unique identifier provided by Amazon for your account.
  • Update Seller Account: After making changes, click this button to save your updates.

2. Members Tab​

  • View Current Managers: See a list of users who have access to manage this seller account.
  • Add Managers: Assign additional managers to your seller account. These managers can access, manage, and optimize listings associated with this account.
  • Remove Managers: Revoke access for users who no longer need to manage this account.

3. Danger Zone Tab​

This tab contains actions with irreversible consequences:

  • Delete Seller Account: Permanently remove the seller account integration from Flowin.AI.
    • Note: This action does not delete your actual Amazon seller account, only its integration with Flowin.AI.
    • Use caution, as this action cannot be undone.

Additional Functionalities​

  • Import Seller Account: To integrate additional seller accounts, return to the Seller Accounts page and click "Import Seller Account" to go through the integration process again.
  • Assign Users: You can assign different users to manage specific seller accounts, ensuring the right people have access to manage and optimize listings for various accounts.
