Seller Account Integration Process

Integrating your Amazon seller account with Flowin.AI is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to connect your account and start optimizing your listings.

1. Navigate to the Seller Accounts Page

  • From the main dashboard, go to Seller Accounts.
  • If you haven't integrated any seller accounts yet, you'll see an empty state asking you to Connect Seller Account.

2. Sign in to Amazon Seller Central

  • Click on Connect Seller Account.
  • You'll be redirected to the Amazon Seller Central login page.
  • Enter your Amazon seller username and password.
  • Click Sign In.

3. Authorize Flowin.AI

  • After signing in, you'll see an authorization page.
  • Amazon will ask you to allow Flowin.AI access to your seller account data.
  • Flowin.AI requests access to:
    • Selling Partner Insights
    • Pricing
    • Finance and Accounting
    • Product Listing
    • Inventory and Order Tracking
  • Check the box to authorize Flowin.AI.
  • Click Confirm.

4. Account Creation in Flowin.AI

  • Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to Flowin.AI.
  • You'll be prompted to give your seller account a name for easy reference within Flowin.AI.
  • Enter a name and confirm.
  • Flowin.AI will show a notification confirming the successful creation of your seller account.

5. Completion

caution

Do not close your browser or interrupt the synchronization process. Doing so may result in incomplete data transfer and require you to restart the integration process.

  • Your seller account will now be listed on the Seller Accounts page.
  • The integration process continues in the background.
  • You'll receive a notification once Flowin.AI completes the synchronization with Amazon.
