Publishing Process

The final step in the Publish Draft section is the actual publishing of your draft to the Amazon marketplace.

Publish Draft Button​

  • Located in the upper-right corner of the page
  • Initiates the process of making the draft live on Amazon

Confirmation Modal​

After clicking the Publish Draft button:

  1. A confirmation modal appears
  2. The modal asks to confirm the publishing of the draft
  3. A reminder is shown that the draft will be live on Amazon once published

Options in the Modal​

  • Cancel: Close the prompt and return to the draft without publishing
  • Publish: Confirm and proceed with publishing the draft

Post-Publishing Flow​

  • The draft is published to the Amazon marketplace
  • The draft will be applied to all SKUs that have the ASIN unpdated, making sure the changes are visible in the marketplace.
  • The system updates the draft's status to reflect successful publication
  • Notifications or feedback may be provided to confirm the new listing is live

Best Practices​

  • Double-check all content before clicking the Publish Draft button
  • Ensure all team members are aware and in agreement before publishing
  • Monitor the listing after publication to ensure it appears correctly on Amazon
