Listings Table View

The Listings table provides a comprehensive overview of all listings in your catalog. Note that the items in the table are presented on the SKU level.

Key Features​

  1. Search Bar: Quickly find specific listings by ASIN, SKU, or name.

  2. Filter by Status: Filter listings based on Marketplace Status, Draft Status, Seller Account, and Issues.

  3. Table Columns:

    • Parent ASIN
    • ASIN
    • SKU
    • Brand
    • Name
    • Category
    • Marketplace Status
    • Listing Status
    • Issues
    • Updated

You can sort your table by any one of the comlumns:::

  1. Message Tooltip: Hover over Issue icons for detailed information.

  2. Pagination Controls: Manage the number of listings displayed per page.

Best Practices​

  • Use filters to focus on listings that need attention
  • Regularly review the Issues column to address any problems
  • Keep track of recently updated listings to monitor changes
