Issues Tab

The Issues tab lists all problems associated with the listing that need to be addressed sourcing from Seller Central. No more need to search through Seller Central notifications and screens.

Issue Information

Each issue includes:

  • Message: Description of the specific problem
  • Code: Error code referencing the issue
  • Categories: Classification of the issue (e.g., MISSING_ATTRIBUTE)
  • Severity: Level of urgency (WARNING or ERROR)
  • Attribute Names: Specific attributes related to the issue
  • Link: Direct navigation to fix the issue in Amazon Seller Central

Best Practices

  • Address high-severity issues promptly
  • Regularly review and resolve all listed issues
  • Use the provided links to quickly navigate to problem areas in Seller Central
  • Keep track of recurring issues to identify patterns and prevent future problems
