Search and Filter Listings

The Listings Management section provides powerful search and filtering capabilities to help you quickly find and manage specific listings.

  • Located at the top of the page
  • Allows you to search for listings by ASIN, SKU, or product name

Filter Options​

Filter your listings based on various criteria:

  • Marketplace Status: Filter by the status of the listing on Amazon (e.g., Inactive, Active, Incomplete)
  • Listing Status: Filter by whether the listing is active, or inactive status within Flowin.AI
  • Brand: Filter listings by associated brand
  • Seller Accounts: Filter by connected Amazon seller accounts

Listings Table Columns​

The table displays key information about each listing:

  • Parent ASIN & ASIN
  • SKU
  • Brand
  • Name
  • Category
  • Marketplace Status
  • Listing Status
  • Last Updated Date

Pagination and Rows per Page​

  • Select the number of rows to display per page (e.g., 10, 25, 50)
  • Navigate between pages using the pagination controls at the bottom of the table

Best Practices​

  • Use specific search terms to quickly locate individual listings
  • Utilize filters to manage listings by brand, status, or seller account
  • Adjust rows per page for efficient viewing based on your screen size and preference
