Billing Cycle​

  • Flowin.AI bills on a monthly basis.
  • Charges are based on the number of active listings during that month.

Counting Active Listings​

  • A listing is counted for billing if it is activated at any point during the month.
  • The duration of activation within the month does not affect the charge.
  • Activating a listing even for a short period will include it in that month's billing.

Best Practices for Cost Management​

  1. Regular Review: Periodically review your active listings to ensure you're only paying for necessary ones.
  2. Strategic Activation: Plan your listing activations to align with your business needs and budget.
  3. Bulk Management: Use bulk activation/deactivation for efficient cost control when dealing with many listings.

  • Deactivating a listing will stop it from being processed immediately, but it will still be included in the current month's billing if it was active at any point.
