Activation and Deactivation of Listings

Controlling which listings are active in Flowin.AI is crucial for managing your processing and billing. Only active listings will be processed by the system and count toward your monthly subscription charges.

Activation and Deactivation Controls​

Individual Listing Control​

  1. Locate the listing you want to activate or deactivate in the table.
  2. Use the checkbox on the left side of the listing's row to select it.
  3. Click either the Activate or Deactivate button at the top of the table.

Bulk Activation/Deactivation​

  1. Use the checkboxes to select multiple listings.
  2. Click either the Activate or Deactivate button to apply the action to all selected listings.

Impact of Activation/Deactivation​

  • Activated Listings: Will be processed by Flowin.AI and included in monthly billing.
  • Deactivated Listings: Will not be processed or billed for that month.
