Now that you've familiarized yourself with Flowin.AI, let's dive into setting up your account and getting everything ready for optimizing your Amazon listings.

1. Account Setup
The first step in your Flowin.AI journey is creating your master account. The master account is the first admin of the company. You will be able to invite many more users once the account is set up. Here's how to do it:
- Google Account Integration: For a fast and easy login experience, we recommend signing in with your Google account.
- Manual Account Setup: Alternatively, you can create an account with an email and password. Simply fill in your details, set a password, and you're ready to go!
2. Company Setup
Once logged in, you will go through a short onboarding process. First, you'll need to set up your company details. This will help us organize your account:
- Accept the Terms and Conditions: This is the first step to ensure everything is set up correctly.
- Enter Your Company Details:
- Company Name: Used for invoicing and identification.
3. First Organization Setup
After setting up your company, you will configure your first Organization. Inside the app you can setup many more:
- What's an Organization? In Flowin.AI, an organization helps you manage and group Amazon accounts for various purposes, such as teams, partnerships, or different business units.
- Setting Up Your First Organization:
- Enter your organization name (e.g., "Austin Office" or "Acme North").
- Confirm and proceed — you can add more organizations later as needed.
Once this is done, you'll be redirected to the Seller Accounts page to integrate your first Amazon seller account.
4. Connecting Your First Seller Account
Connecting the seller account is the first step to optimizing its listings. This account will be associated with the first organisation you've already setup.
- Connecting in the Onboarding Flow: Click "Connect Seller Account" and provide the admin Seller Central credentials. If you don't have your credentials ready, just press "Skip" and connect the account later in the app.
- Connecting in the App: On the left navigation pannel sellect "Account Mamagement" click "Connect Seller Account" and provide the admin Seller Central credentials.
