Automated Listing Generation

The Edit Listing page offers a powerful feature to generate new content for all sections of your listing simultaneously using AI technology.

Generate Listing Button​

Located at the top of the page, the Generate Listing button allows you to create new content for all components of your listing at once. Once pressed, our propriatery AI will begin writing SEO optimized, TOS compliant highly converting listings.

Generation Process​

  1. Click the Generate Listing button.
  2. The system will begin generating new content for all sections (Title, Description, Features, Backend Search Terms).
  3. This process may take 1-2 minutes, depending on the complexity of your product and the amount of information available.
  4. You are not required to stay on the page during generation. You can navigate away and continue working on other tasks.

Notification System​

Once the new copy is generated, you will receive a notification:

  • A pop-up will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen as well as on the notifications bell on the top right side of the screen.
  • This notification will inform you that the new listing content is ready for review.

Reviewing Generated Content​

After receiving the notification:

  1. Return to the Edit Listing page.
  2. Review the newly generated content for each section.
  3. Make any necessary adjustments or refinements.
  4. Save your changes by presssing "Update Draft".
  5. Update your "Draft" status to "Waiting for Review" to allow your colleagues to review it before integration to the marketplace.

Best Practices​

  • Use the automated generation feature when you need a fresh perspective on your entire listing.
  • Always review and refine the generated content to ensure it aligns with your brand voice and specific product details.
  • Consider using this feature periodically to keep your listings updated with current trends and optimized keywords.
