Brand Details Page
The Brand Details page allows you to manage specific information for each brand and what makes them unique. The brand details will be used in the writing of the listings making sure they are consistent with the barnd's voice and audience. The brand details are created automatically when you first integrate your account using a sample of the account's catalog. These can be adjusted and edited to improve the brand messaging or change its direction all together.
Sentiment
Define the overall emotional tone that the brand's product descriptions should evoke. Consider aspects like sensory experience, lifestyle, and emotional appeal of the products. If needed, the Sentiment can be updated, simply adjust the text in the text box and press "Update Brand" in the bottom of the screen.
Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
Outline the specific features or benefits that differentiate your brand's products from competitors. Each USP entry focuses on a key selling point.
Managing USPs
- Add USP: Click the "Add Item" button and input details for the new USP.
- Edit USP: Click the pencil icon beside an item to modify it.
- Delete USP: Click the trash icon beside an item to remove it.
Updating Brand Information
After making changes to the Sentiment or USPs, click the "Update Brand" button to save your changes.
